Change bloc calls for forming special committee for Article 140

In the presence of the President of the Republic Dr. Fuad Masoum, the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament Dr. Salim Al-Jubouri chaired a meeting of heads of parliamentary blocs and committees on Monday 17/4/2017 in the presence of Sheikh Humam Hamudi and Mr. Aram Sheikh Mohammed, Vice-Presidents of the Council.
