Iraqi parliament bans hoisting of Kurdish flags in Kirkuk

The Iraqi lawmakers passed a bill to rule out the flying of the Kurdistan flag in Kirkuk. Stating that only the Iraqi flag should be raised over the government institutions. This is days after the the Kirkuk Provincial Council decided to raise the Kurdish flag next to the Iraqi one.
